What are the best exercising patterns in terms of days straight and resting periods. I usually do full body’s alternated with yoga and exercise almost everyday but sometimes my body calls for a total rest.

I would recommend that you will have a day in the week that you rest and if you need more rest then you can do it day workout day rest day workout day rest…
