I love doing Yoga when I wake up, even walking, running or going for a bike ride (if the weather is good) if its cold then an indoor /home workout is perfect. Use YouTube for workout ideas etc. Hope this helps!

Well since i would have to get up very early to go for a walk i don’t do that although i wild enjoy to. I like to do the 7 minute work out on weekends and then on weekdays i like to just use some weights for 8 minutes or so!

I am not sure, I think it depends on the person which exercise they prefer and that is important because if they like that type of exercise it will more likely become a habit. For me a little bit of dancing, moving to my favourite songs is refreshing because I like music, but I think stretching is a good exercise to start the day. It’s not just refreshing but good for the tendons and muscles as well.

There are many different exercises one do can first thing in the morning; jog, bike, walk, swim. I think just getting up and out of bed and walking around the block is a great way to start your day. You get you motor going and you’re able to breath some fresh air – may even be able to see the sun rise.

Any exercise than makes your heart rate faster and makes you sweat is good for your body. Do your exercise for atleast 20mins in a day

Stretching is beast, then some squats to get my heart pumping. I usually go for 40 seconds and so as many as I can, doing that gets my heart pumping and my legs burning.
