I think starting with a basic forward fold is vital to stretching the hamstrings and calves – aiding in flexibility. “Peddling” during this and downward dog can help too! Stretching the back, hips, and legs through several yoga poses like “halfway lift,” “warriors,” and “cat/cow” are also extremely helpful. Really just being intentional and consistent about your stretching while also listening to your body is key!
