What are some really quick healthy snacks to grab for breakfast?

In terms of quick healthy snacks, i find Alani protein bars are great, high protein, low sugar and taste good. A favorite fruit or yogurt is good (activia drinks are awesome) if you’re someone who isn’t a fan of eating much in the morning. Another thing I found good was preparing breakfast sandwiches in the freezer the Sunday before a work week, pop in the air fryer or oven, super quick and tastes great but not too heavy
