What are some of your favorite quick options for breakfast?

Overnight oats are a great idea! They take 5 minutes to make the night before. Just put a few oats, some yoghurt, a bit of honey and any flavoring you want (I do banana and cocoa powder and choco chips) and mix together and put in a jar or something overnight in the fridge. Then in the morning it’s really easy to just get out the fridge and eat quickly. It tastes amazing and still has good nutritious food in it
