What are some no-carb breakfasts?

Eggs and sausage with veggies. Roasted veggies with egg.
Steak and egg with avocado (actually really good)
Sliced yam baked, egg on top like an egg sandwich. I personally like poached eggs in a portobello mushroom with peppers, tomatoe and spinach

Some great options for a no-carb breakfast are eggs with a health fat, like sliced avocado and an additional protein like a few slices of bacon. Cook the eggs in a bit of grass-fed butter, ghee, or avocado oil. This will help keep you satiated until your next meal.

Also, any leftovers from the night before are a great option. If you are ok with chicken, meatballs, and other meats and a low-carb veggie like kimchi(or any fermented veggies) are great for digestion, as well as spinach, broccoli, etc.
