I either eat an omelette with some onions and tomatoes it’s so delicious and I feel full or you can eat an overnight oats where mix oats with some milk and honey and keep them overnight it’s so delicious and also keeps me full
You can use apple and banana together or protein and energy bars which contains fat or mixed nuts and as per my choice I prefer two walnuts and a large glass of milk with protein powder and that’s it. Hope you like my suggestions. 👍😊
i could make my own breakfast bars, with oak bit things, add honey, some healthy chocolate and maybe something healthy as well if i could think of anything.
Oatmeal with greek yogurt. Mix it in a bowl the night before and place in fridge overnight. In the morning, take it out of the fridge and let it warm up to room temp. Optionally, add more yogurt in the morning, dried fruit or almonds. I make a bigger batch and it lasts me 2-3 days.
