What are some good options for breakfast when you have no appetite? all I can eat is applesauce

Something with protein always helps me . But it should be animal protein , for example eggs !!! They energise you for the day and are super healthy . Whilst when I have some protein like those artificial ones ( protein mousse , protein bars ) , even though they are delicious they leave me with a brain fog . So try to have eggs and maybe a side of veggies on the side !!!
