What are some fast, easy exercises I can do that I won’t have to change into workout gear to complete?

You can do core exercises which will help strengthen your core muscles, you can do these even just after waking up right on your bed like dead bug, bird- dog, boat pose, leg lift and glute bridge, these will make your core strong!!

Stretching is a very good way to start I would say. As a male, push ups, pull ups are very good way to quickly do some exercises. For a female I would say 10 min yoga practices are pretty good. Also, bicycle crunches are convenient.
