What are some exercise options when you are at home with kids?

The best ones are the ones you do daily, like cleaning, if you dramatize a little bit, it could be similar to stretching/exercising, for example: squatting when picking stuff up;; another good way could be if your kids like to walk & you can, try going for a walk, even if to the store, local parks, etc,, hope this helps!!

I think the best options are the ones with minimal friction. That may mean the exercises that require minimal set up, minimal equipment, or even minimal warmup. For example , my strength training workouts right now tend to include more body weight exercises or exercises I can do with fixed-weight implements (e.g. dumbbells, a kettlebell, or a sandbag). As much as squatting with a barbell would be great and beneficial, it requires me to be in a specific place and requires several warmup sets while I add weight to the bar. With my sandbag(s) I just get into it and however many reps I can do is what I do.
