i like to do smoothies! just dump some frozen fruit, a couple scoops of protein powder, yogurt if you have it, and any liquid of choice (milk, water, nondairy milk) into a blender. it takes less than 5 minutes to put together and contains carbs, fat, and protein, which should keep you energized for hours. there’s very little prep needed, which makes it super easy!
