Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, it sets my tone right. My current favorite breakfast that I eat every day is 1 sourdough toasted bread, with cottage cheese spread on top with two sunny side up eggs on the toast. It is my perfect breakfast. Other breakfast I love are yogurt bowls which are so easy and delicious, I love avocado toast, boiled eggs, protein pancakes, and shakes. I try to have a healthy breakfast so I can get good nutrient in the morning.
