What are other alternatives to eggs for a healthy breakfast?

If you are aiming for a high protein breakfast or just some variety beans on toast or sardines (packed in healthy oil) and avocadoes are good healthy alternatives. Oats or porridge with peanut butter are also good options.
Also try and include some fruits.
Or you can dress up your eggs with spinach, green and red peppers and tomatoes, to get those veg helpings in.
