You can have some yogurt with fruits and nuts, cottage cheese, paneer (can be stuffed in other dish also) then we have Protein smoothie also… Then of course nuts and seeds are very good too.

Well if you can’t eat egg in the morning for any reason, there’s quite a lot of protein choices that you can alternative with egg! .. start with milk in the morning, it doesn’t compare with egg of course with the amount of protein the egg have, but it is still a good choice to start the morning with!
