What are 2 easy to make and high in protein breakfasts?

I personally love eggs in any fashion, and muesli. I’ll do 1/2 c sprouted oats for higher nutrients, instead of rolled oats (rolled is still awesome), 1/2 c oat groats or oat bran, about a 1/2 c of seasonal fresh/dried fruits, 1 c Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup nuts/seeds, and pinch of cinnamon. I mix all this the night before, and refrigerate. You can add 1/2 c of your preferred milk the next morning, and drizzle honey on top. I use date or maple syrup depending on my mood.
