What activities do you do after a workout to minimize muscle soreness later on during the day (if you workout in the morning)?

I try to stretch before and after my workout and also will try to get a massage afterwards either in a gym’s massage chair or one of my own massage products like my massage mat, massage gun, etc.

I don’t usually feel that sore but drinking some water and stretching right after is quite helpful. Last resource is taking a quick nap, if possible.
