What about if I do intermittent fasting, which means not eating between dinner and the next meal for about 16 hours? I read that this is also good for one’s health. Sometimes also, I feel too full still for breakfast. Is it then ok to skip a great breakfast?

I’ve never found skipping meals to work very well for me – because if I do I get extra hungry and over-eat for my next meal which then leads to me feeling guilty and everything starts to fall apart a bit. But if it’s working for you then I don’t see why not! At the end of the day our bodies are all different so you’ve got to find the thing that makes you feel the best.
