Well I’m not allowed to eat non veg food, so I would like to know about more vegetarian breakfast options

Are you ok? It sounds like someone’s forcing a diet/lifestyle on you that you haven’t consented to.

As an omnivore, I typically don’t eat breakfasts with meat anyway. Oatmeal with fruit, toast with peanut butter, cereal with almond milk.

Are eggs and cheese included in your diet? 3 of my kiddos are vegetarian by choice but consent to egg and cheese.

My goal is to get more veggies in my breakfast. I sometimes make egg bites in a mini muffin tin with whatever veggies I have on hand (peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc.).

Indian food has plethora of vegetarian breakfast options you can choose from. Here are some vegetarian breakfast combos you can try:
1. Steamed Idli with Sambar
2. Paneer Bhurji with Besan Chilla
3. Tofu stir fried with roti
4. Bean sprout salad with cooked rice, cucumber, onions, lemon and a bit of chilli
5. Sooji upma made with paneer and vegetables
6. Soya granules cooked with soiced and peas. You can have it with rice or roti or besan chilla for extra protein
7. Paneer bhurji sandwich with whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes

Well I suppose you have alot of veggies options like salad, oat meals, sandwich, bread and toast,veg rolletc… And if you are an Indian then you must have know that mostly all breakfast is veg like idli ,dosa , chapathi,sooji etc… you can plan healthier food to stay fit, be fit and be happy 😊

As I’m a non vegetarian I don’t have much option 😅 but I can give you some that I eat during my breakfast that is veg food you can eat bread with jam or toast bread for morning and also rice with veg curry can be any curry that is veg.
