Thoughts on bananas?

I enjoy bananas ripe, preferably evenly sprinkled with brow spots but not mushy. I enjoy green bananas, boiled in their skins then peeled and eaten as a stanarchy accompaniment to many classic carribean breakfast dish or saucy protein dishes

Bananas are really tasty and good for making snacks and meals.
It could be eaten alone or with cheese for breakfast. A banana and strawberry smoothie would also taste amazing with honey. I love it

Bananas are rich in vitamins and healthy sugars. I usually like to eat them a bit green, so the amount of sugar is decreased.

Bananas are awesome! They're known as something I personally call as "express energy booster", just by eating two bananas a day will make me energetic, but of course don't forget to drink some water too🍌😁

it's a good ingredient full of carbs rich with potassium, you can add it to a sweet recipe like a smoothie, or a salty one like an omelette
