Finding time for exercise can be challenging, especially in the morning. Many people find that waking up 30-60 minutes earlier allows them to fit in a workout without feeling rushed. Consider setting a consistent wake-up time to establish a routine. You might also explore short, effective workouts that can be done at home, making it easier to integrate exercise into your day. Remember, the key is to create meaningful daily rituals that prioritize your health and align with your goals.

When I am successful at consistently working out, I do it by laying out my workout clothes and my shoes & socks, etc., before going to bed. In the morning, I put on my workout clothes and get started before have a chance to talk myself out of it.
