Sometimes when I wake up early enough to have breakfast at home I feel hurried and stressed while preparing and eating it even if I have time. Do you have any tips to counteract that anxiety? I like to leave the house quick in yen mornings.

Being calm in the mornings is easier said than done ! For example in my situation I also get really stressed and feel hurried preparing and eating breakfast in the morning before my uni lessons. What has helped me is meditating and taking time for myself whilst listening to some relaxing music ! You are valuable , treat yourself as the main character in your life because you are !
