sometimes i have no idea what should i make to have a great healthy breakfast

A healthy breakfast should have a good amount of protein. I aim for at least 30/40 g to keep me full the whole morning. Real Greek yogurt with some berries, protein powder is my go to.
3 scrambled eggs with cottage cheese and a service of smoked salmon is my weekend option. And if I’m in a hurry a protein packed smoothie, with kefir, Greek yogurt, frozen berries and some protein powder.
