Some say fasting and skipping breakfast helps lose weight and others say eat breakfast. Which is it?

Fasting and skipping breakfast definitely helps us lose weight but that also affects our energy level and actions so it's better to have a breakfast that's healthy and helps us to have more fibres and less calories so that we could have energy without any fear of weight gain

Eating breakfast is better because I have noticed thah when I don't eat breakfast I always feel tired and nauseas and tend to eat more on lunch or in the evening
