When you do something repeatedly, but at the same time you feel the meaning out of what you are doing, it will be a habit. I can define habits as actions we do periodically to return to ourselves after getting distracted by the world noises

Luckily my phone has an app called freeze, there I put all apps I don't want to use frozen until I need them. I also try to hang around people a lot to help distract me from my phone. Lastly, I have all kinds of games. So instead of being on social media I'd rather play games.

Omelet, banana, coffee or tea or boiled milk or warm lemonade, bread with honey and cheese, sometimes salad which is made with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pinch of salt, few drops of vinegar or few drops of lemonππππ. Tomatoes are really good

The alarm on the app is a great way to keep a habit. I am very forgetful, so I set alarms for all of my habits. I fell like in a couple of months it will become more routine in my life.
