Some mornings I don’t feel like eating. What am I supposed to do?

at least a couple of times a year. I'd do it more but my windows arnt that great.

err. why dont you want to eat? is it nerves. habit. a co trol thing? are you just genuinely not hungry? are you under weight? I never used to eat breakfast but I'd have elevenses. brunch? As long as you are hydrated it doesn't really matter to much as long as you dont go to long or start to suffer physically

Thank you for the question first ,I adviced you to drink water in the morning whenever you wake up just exercise ,meditate regularly focus on your work whatever you do is really important it makes effect in focussing on certain things like eating ,one thing I wish you to share is that ,,, whenever you eat plz make sure that food is really good for living life

I have this issue a lot but when I can, I force myself to eat something. Even if it’s just something small, it’s better than nothing.

The best tea for waking up is Ginger or mint tea. Chamomile tea will also help you if you're stressed in the morning. They can also help with menstrual cramps.

You need to drink 2 cups of water then sit for a while maby 10 min after that make a colourful breakfast 😋 it doesn't supposed to be fancy at all 🧡
