I know some recipes you could use. But first I recommend you always drink something, such as tea or coffee. The first recipe is very simple, and a little more delicious: take a cup and put 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 of sugar and 1 of cocoa inside. Always mix everything with the help of a spoon or a fork. Then add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and 2 tablespoons of milk to the mixture. mix everything (in about 1 minute) with a fork, until you obtain a fluid and homogeneous mixture. Also, if you like, put a spoonful of chocolate cream on the mixture and don’t mix. Finally, place the cup in a microwave for a minute (or even two minutes, depending on the power of the microwave). When you take out the cup the result will be a small cake inside it! It doesn’t have to be beautiful though, just good. I know it may seem like a long process, but in total it should take you 3 minutes to do everything (including the procedure). Alternatively, for something that doesn’t require cooking, you can put some yogurt in a bowl and top it with some fruit (blueberries, bananas, pieces of apple or peach, etc.) and even some cereal if you like them. Or, if you really have two minutes before leaving the house, drink some milk and eat some fruit (bananas or apples for example). I hope I was helpful to you.
