Some days when I over eat during dinner or indulge in late night snacking, I skip a full breakfast and instead have a glass of milk only. Is that alright?

I don’t see too much harm in that but Im not sure it really counteracts the “cheat” so to speak. Sometimes when I’m feeling like I’ll want that stuff or an extra glass of wine or something Ill add and extra activity before/after. If your goal is weight loss what really matters is calories in calories out. So if you are burning more than you are consuming or enough to lower the intake to your goal range then I see it as acceptable. Also if you really dont want to chewing a piece of fresh mint will help cancel the craving 🙂
