Skipping breakfast is okay right?

No I don’t think so.
Breakfast with good quality food will boost your energy and mood.
Add 2 boiled eggs, your favourite breakfast option and maybe a protein shake optional.

Sometimes our bodies don’t want to eat breakfast in the morning, maybe just a cup of coffee or something small. You don’t have to eat anything big if you don’t feel like it, an apple or any fruit, or even a big glass of water can do^^

It’s ok sometimes. There are days where it feels best to not have breakfast and skip to lunch . But most days , it’s best to stick to breakfast.
