Should we include fruits in our breakfast?

Ok so i think we should. But maybe some people dont like to eat fruits in the morning so i dont think should be nessary

Depending on the fruit , yes! Fruit contains proteins not too strong but just enough to start off our day! plus, they can add a little hint of sweetness into your meal!
