Yes, definitely. Overnight oats with frozen fruit and yoghurt is my choice. Half a cup of porridge outs, half a cup of frozen or tinned fruit, half a cup of natural yoghurt. I layer the ingredients in a jam jar, but you might like to use a small kilner jar or a even a sundae glass. Leave it in the fridge overnight, for an effortless breakfast treat.
