No, one should not eat if they’re not hungry in the morning. Due to society’s made up rules, we have set timings to eat because that’s when we are supposed to feel hungry. We are animals by nature and a lion only hunts when it is hungry, it doesn’t hunt for fun. Therefore, we should eat when we’re hungry, we should be mindful while eating, and eat till we’re full.
