I personally think it is better to eat then exercise this you’re burning off the extra calories but whatever works for you

It all depends on the circumstances, everyone is different! For example, I used to go to the gym at 5/6am and I really didn’t fancy eating that early in the morning, but I always found myself nauseous after or feeling very low on energy. Something small like a banana is perfect or a small bowl of oats with banana and honey:)
