My motivation level in the mornings is significantly lower than it is in the rest of the day. Do you have any idea how to go through the exercise in the morning that I have committed to at a time of higher motivation?
It’s common to feel less motivated in the mornings. To tackle this, try creating a morning ritual that energizes you. Start by setting a consistent wake-up time and incorporate light stretching or a short walk to boost your mood. Prepare your workout gear the night before to minimize friction in the morning. Consider pairing your exercise with an enjoyable activity, like listening to music or a podcast. This way, you can build a routine that aligns with your goals and enhances your motivation throughout the day.
The key is to start small! It was hard for me as well to work out in the mornings but I started with the "1 minute just get moving" guided exercise. It felt so nice when it was finished and I felt accomplished even by moving for one minute. When I was used to it, I went for the 7 minute workout. I am still there, yet even 7 minutes of movement feel nice. When I get used to it, I might add some stretches and so on
Hi, I too face a similar problem. However, my problem is that I don’t get enough time in the morning to have a proper workout. It is too in my morning habit but I always do it in the evening only when I get off work. Everyone is different and can get stimuli at different times of the day. So I suggest you to dedicate your workout in the evening or any time of the day when you want to.
