Knee pain can be a significant barrier to achieving your exercise goals. First, consider consulting a healthcare professional to assess your pain. In the meantime, focus on low-impact exercises like swimming or cycling that are easier on your knees. Incorporate gentle stretching and strengthening exercises to support your joints. Remember, it’s essential to listen to your body and adapt your routine to maintain consistency without causing further injury. Building a sustainable exercise habit is key to your long-term success.

Make sure you stretch Do not push yourself or your knee even if you’re feeling no pain do not overdo. You cannot take that back and it will sabotage you. I recently had my left knee replaced from a long history of subluxing patella issues so I can feel your pain knowing your limits and pushing them, but not too far and in your own time is how I overcame it.
