I’ve never enjoyed running but I am trying and new to it. Any advice on enjoying running? Or sufficient alternatives? I love yoga but hate that you can’t burn as many calories.

Running is hard on your body. Don’t do it if you don’t enjoy it! Find something that’s fun to do, like dance workouts or kickboxing tutorials on YouTube. If you can find something that gets you moving without making you miserable, you’re more likely to keep doing it sustainably!
