I’ve been wanting to eat healthier for a while now as right now I eat nutella on toast and it’s not exactly the most nutritious meal. I want to switch it up and have a more fruit based breakfast so do you have any suggestions?

Personally I really like having yogurt with some fruit (especially berries) and granola. If you want to slowly ease into the change you could just put banana slices on your toast. You could also to peanut butter banana toast. You could just add fruit on the side to get in more nutrients. I also like smoothies for breakfast. Good luck! Hope this was helpful!
