I go straight from the gym to work often times (because I get to work early!) which makes it hard to eat the breakfast I want. I like having veggies in there so that I get a head start on my veggie intake. My only solution has been a bar or protein shake but I don’t think that’s the best nutrition possible. What else can I do to get a veggie fix in the morning?

A smoothie is often the best option, especially if you do not have much time for cooking.
Spinach, apple, orange, nuts and seeds, coconut flour all mixed with your favourite home made alternative milk.

What about something like a zucchini slice? You can make it up on Sunday and have it ready to take with you in the morning. It will have protein and is also yummy!
