Is whole wheat bread and peanut butter a good breakfast?

I know whole wheat bread is very healthy for the body, especially the digestive system. Now for the peanut butter, that is just pure gold when it comes to flavor. That’s my breakfast every other 2 days. So yes it is good breakfast.

Yes! I toast my bread and use honey roasted peanut butter. Or you could use regular peanut butter and drizzle honey over it. Makes the peanut butter so smooth. I might even add a cup of yogurt or a small bowl of oats to go with it.

It can be, yes. As long as it’s natural peanut butter without a bunch of sweeteners, it’s a nutritious and energy giving breakfast. Add some banana slices, dates or berries to it and it would be even better.
