Is there a way I could get recipe suggestions? I’m running out of options with eggs.

You could try a slice of whole wheat toast with hummus (for protein and vitamin B), try adding sliced tomatoes or arugula on top. A whole or half apple with peanut butter on the side would also provide protein and good nutrients!

Have you tried, granola and yogurt. My parents always had a box of home made granola on hand for fast breakfasts. I don’t remember the exact recipe, but it consisted mainly of their favorite types of nuts that they baked themselves. Whenever we were running late but needed to eat we would poor it over a cup of yogurt and fruit.

I’m not a super cooker, but I suggest you to do scrambled eggs with butter instead of oil. That detail will improve the tastes on the egg.

There are a lot of great smoothie recipes out there. I would also draw inspiration from seasonal fruit, and go to your bulk food store for nuts.

Try a frittata. You can change up veggie meat and sauce combinations every time you make one!

You could go to the the store and buy some oatmeal. Make sure you also get some strawberries and bananas to put in there as well!

Apple porridge! Just mix oats, apples, cinammon and a little bit of honey and cook it in a pot.
Very fast and easy! I do that a lot in the morning before going to work!

I like to mix things like spinach, tomato, cheese, or anything else into the eggs. I also like to put eggs on some kind of toast or in a tortilla with other things.

You could have banana on toast with mixed seeds, a simple fruit salad, granola with mixed nuts or even porridge or weetabix.
