Is there a chance we could be more specific/detailed with the Clean & Tidy Up option? Maybe like clean your room/kitchen/home or clean a certain object, etc.?
Absolutely! Being specific with your cleaning tasks can enhance motivation and effectiveness. Instead of a general 'clean and tidy up,' consider breaking it down into smaller, manageable tasks like 'clean your room' or 'organize the kitchen.' This approach not only makes the process less overwhelming but also allows you to create meaningful daily rituals that contribute to a tidy environment. By stacking these habits, you can develop a routine that leads to lasting healthy habits and a more organized space.
Honestly, i feel not labeling it is better. Because you can focus on the moment of what you feel is priority. If its "clean bedroom" but you feel later on you rather do living room. Go with where you are motivated to clean up.
