Is skipping breakfast make your liver healthier?

I don’t believe it does. The job of your liver is to filter what you put into your body. If you are putting healthy food into your body it doesn’t stress your liver or cause fatty liver. The food you put into your body enhances how your physical body, your energy, your brain and your emotions are able to function properly and regulate themselves. If you start your day with clean, healthy food you are giving all the pieces of your human body an opportunity to start the day off with great support. Love your body , love yourself 🌷
