Technically, yes. You are in control of what you eat and no breakfast demon is going to swoop down and steal the dino nuggets out of your hand because it’s not a “breakfast food”, but certain foods do provide more of the necessary nutrients to give you the energy to start your day. It’s a good idea to include some carbs that have fiber in them like oatmeal or toast do. It’s also good to make sure you eat some fruit with breakfast and get in some protein.
