Overnight oats!!! I love overnight oats, especially because I don’t have to rush in the morning and I can eat iy at school. Basically, you add oats to a container. Peanut butter, honey/syrup, little sugar if you don’t add honey or syrup. Sliced banana is also good to add. With milk. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning with no hassle.

Light, pre-made, easy to put together . Like oatmeal, cookie and tea/coffee, apple and smoothie. Protein is good and keeps me energized but it takes time to put it together and eat
