Pick 2-5 breakfast options you love having (ex oatmeal, baked oatmeal, fruits and nuts, yogurt honey and granola, toast banana and nut butter etc). Then make sure you always have at least the ingredients for a few of those. Maybe in the weekends or when you are not working, you could prepare some baked oatmeal to last you a few days. Maybe when you are in a hurry you can have some fruit and nuts instead of some other unhealthy store bought alternative. Think about it and pick some options for days that you have extra time in the morning, some options for when you have 0″ to spare and some for you normal everyday schedule when time is no issue but not free either. After you have thought of those options, write a list of the ingredients you need to make those breakfasts and make sure you stock up for the week!

I plan it before hand. Make sure I have the Ingredent and make sure I have the time to make it. These no point planning to make something that takes 20 min if I only have 5 mins to leave the house. So I make a plan so I can eat healthy every day 🙂
