How do you keep it up, even when you’re feeling down?

By distracting myself from the situation. My personal therapy method is listening to music like any kind or just dance alone without caring. I also tend to read books to calm my mind. I talk to someone I can share everything with. Its the best from all of the measures. It really calms you down and makes u feel better. I also smile a lot

I ignore my feelings, and I am not just saying that because I have chronic depression, I do it tired, depressed or demotivated, avoid perfection, even if you want to walk 10000 steps, accept 2000 steps on your bad day, allow FABULOUS notifications, they are important to remind you what had to be done. In short stay disciplined even if you’re not motivated, they are two different things
