I think it is. Eggs are healthy, full of protein. Especially if you want to build muscles, eating eggs is good for you. I definitely would recommend eating eggs daily. Just don’t overdo it. Eat 1 or 2 eggs. That should be plenty. (This is how I see it, I am not a professional)
Not really, I guess. My mom always says that you can't eat too many eggs in a week but just a few and it's such a nightmare cuz egg is my fav one.
