Is it okay if you just drink coffee for breakfast?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

While coffee can be a part of your morning routine, relying solely on it for breakfast isn’t ideal for your health. A balanced breakfast provides essential nutrients that fuel your body and mind, helping you maintain energy levels and focus throughout the day. Consider incorporating proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains into your morning ritual. This can help you establish lasting healthy habits and enhance your overall well-being. Remember, a great breakfast sets the tone for a productive day!

It depends on your activity level. For me, I know when I do that, I’m starving and exhausted all day—a college student with two majors. But, when I was in high school, eating breakfast made me nauseous, and I just couldn’t do it; I was never hungry. If you work an office job, I’d say maybe bring a snack with you but it’s fine. If you’re active, though, you’ll notice a difference once you eat something regularly and stop for a day.

No. I believe caffeine is not good for health. So I try to avoid all sources of caffeine. And even more, I eat breakfast everyday so it’s a habit and I can’t skip one or else I feel I am missing something in my day.

I think that you should try not to because like my sister if you don’t have protein in your body you might pass out or something like that
