Is it okay if I use up what I have at home for breakfast instead of going shopping?
Absolutely! Using what you have at home for breakfast is a great way to create a meaningful daily ritual. It encourages resourcefulness and can help you develop lasting healthy habits without the need for constant shopping. Try to incorporate a variety of food groups for a balanced meal, and consider how you can stack this habit with other morning routines to enhance your overall well-being. Remember, a great breakfast can set a positive tone for your day!
It actually really good to use what you have at home. This means you are resourceful. This is a wonderful skill to have and avoids excess clutter in your kitchen. If you want to overall eat healthier and you already have healthy things at home continue to just use what you have at home but if you have some food left that is not, it’s ok you can combine it and just add some veggies to go along with it while the rest of the things you already have are used and when you’re out buy some new ones that align with your health goals.
of course. you should use up what you have and prevent them from rotting or ending up wasted. there are also days when you have no energy to go out and that’s completely fine
