Of course! Lemon is great plus for more vitamin C and honey is great for getting toxins out of your body and gives more minerals and vitamins!

I guess adding ingredients might be an awesome idea as long as you consider that every single thing you ingest is processed by the body and mind, so if you are trying to drink tea in order to relax, pay attention if the ingredients you want to add won't let you energic, and vice versa

Drink your tea in the way that you love it most. Personally o love a little honey in my tea, not lemon so much, although I will say lemon and ginger tea (with a little honey 🍯 😁) is a treat. A little of what you love makes you feel content and loved.

I don’t see anything wrong with that. I’ve started each morning this week with a tea of half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey as I’ve heard it may help with weight loss
