Is it ok to only drink a smoothie for breakfast?

yeah..a smoothie is OK for breakfast because it is healthy!it contains lots of nutrients of milk,fruit,dry fruits etc! and when I was in6th standard my mother gives me smoothie of banana or mango or any fruit!it tastes soo good

Yes it’s fine but it is better to have a full breakfast like having oatmeal and you also need to make sure thar the sugar content in the smoothie is not high

Yes as long as it has the right combinations my smoothie consists of I/2 frozen banana, a mix of greens fresh bagged
( spinach, kale, baby greens) and a protein powder I use a peanut butter chocolate one.
You can’t even taste the greens, it’s delicious and filling.
